How to Take Care of a Kitten Without a Mother

Newborn kittens actually should not be separated from their mother, because whatever the reason they also need nutrients from their mother's milk to grow and develop.

4. Immediately turn the kitten's body if the cat chokes on milk. You can massage his back lightly to help expel milk from the lungs.
5. Before and after eating, make it a habit to massage the kitten's stomach and genital area to encourage the cat to defecate or defecate. Just like mother cats do when they lick their kittens, it stimulates their organs and is necessary for the survival of newborn kittens.
6. Clean the eye membrane area so that dirt does not enter and cause irritation.
7. Newborn kittens will usually cry when they are hungry or in other difficulties. Make sure you always listen to their every scream or cry. However, an overly calm cat can also be a sign that something is wrong. Don't ignore this sign and take immediate action.
8. Buy or provide a special container to accommodate the cat's feces and also buy special sand that can be obtained at the nearest pet shop.
9. If kittens can't clean their rectum on their own, you can clean it with a damp cloth or tissue.
10. Invite the kitten to play or run so that it is not bored and troublesome for the future.
11. Keep your kitten clean. This is done because their mother is not there to wipe and clean all the dirt that is on the kitten's fur.
